Take a ‘Quick Step’ to visit Bournemouth at this year’s International Confex

Conference and event professionals are being invited to take a 'Quick Step' along to the Bournemouth stand (B450) at this year's International Confex, the UK's leading event for conference and event organisers held at Earls Court from 01 - 03 March 2011.

Representatives from the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC), Bournemouth Pavilion and Meet Bournemouth will be showcasing all of the latest news on venues, facilities and investments in Bournemouth alongside the wide range of cultural entertainments that make Bournemouth a premier conference & exhibition destination.

Last year, Bournemouth won the 'Best Stand in the UK venues and destinations' award for their 'Beach Hut' themed stand and the inspiration behind this year's exhibition 'dance themed' stand has come from the latest £3.29million investment at the Bournemouth Pavilion which has totally transformed an unused part of the building into 'Pavilion Dance' an internationally recognised dance facility with two dance studios and a 200-seat theatre.

Steve Piper, Head of Venues for BH Live, the organisation which manages and operates the BIC and Bournemouth Pavilion said: "Our team will be representing the best of what Bournemouth has to offer, with it's accessible South coast location, wide range of affordable and high quality accommodation and venues, lively town centre, stunning gardens and vibrant night life, guaranteeing organisers a memorable event experience for their delegates.
