Conference, event and exhibition organiser, The CEM Group has secured dates at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) for the next three years up to 2015 for the Bournemouth Hotel and Catering Show, the largest regional trade show in the UK for the hospitality industry.
In addition to the exhibition, which attracts more than 150 national, regional and local hospitality trade exhibitors and over 3000 visitors during two days, the Wessex Salon Culinaire will host the UK's biggest Young Chef & Waiting Competitions, where competitors from across the UK descend upon the Bournemouth exhibition to showcase their talents and be judged by Michelin star critics and celebrity chefs, including James Tanner and Brian Turner CBE.
Anna Wallis, Sales and Marketing Director for the CEM Group, said: "In 2012, the Bournemouth Hotel and Catering Show will be celebrating its 56th year and securing the dates for the next three years enables us to look forward and plan ahead as we head toward the Show's Diamond anniversary."

The Hotel and Catering Show creates a fantastic networking opportunity for local hotels, restaurants and caterers to see how they could develop their own offer in what is an increasingly competitive marketplace.
We estimate that in total, more than 5000 people will attend the exhibition and the Wessex Salon Culinaire competition, which attracts top hospitality industry professionals and creates a real buzz in the town. For 2012 and beyond, we are encouraging more of Bournemouth's restaurants and hotels to come on board and take part in this national competition to showcase their own local talent."
