New Pavilion General Manager joins the team

BH Live is pleased to welcome Paul Griffiths as the new Pavilion General Manager, who will be based at the Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre.

This is a brand new role within the organisation and Paul, who has over thirteen years experience in the industry, having previously managed the White Rock Theatre in Hastings and the Edinburgh Playhouse, will be focussing primarily on the Bournemouth Pavilion programming, business development opportunities for the Theatre, it’s conference and exhibition space, marketing and customer satisfaction.

Paul said, "The Bournemouth Pavilion is a very focal and much loved venue within the town and my ambition is to work with the current team to explore programming and event opportunities opening up what the Theatre has to offer. Generally people have less disposable income and more to choose from when it comes to entertainment, so we have to make sure we provide an exciting, varied and affordable programme which appeals to a much wider audience. I am really looking forward to working with the Pavilion team and reacquainting residents, local business partners and visitors with the venue."
