All you need is love at the BIC!

All you need is love and the Bournemouth International Centre’s (BIC) Wedding Show 2012.  Taking place on 3-5 February 2012, the wedding show is the largest wedding exhibition on the South Coast, bringing hundreds of inspirational wedding ideas together for couples who are organising, or have started to think about their big day.

Over the weekend, around 130 wedding experts and exhibitors, will be providing a range of wedding day services, activities and accessories and there will be a full programme of additional features including choreographed fashion shows, a special performance stage showcasing the talents of wedding singers and musicians and a BH Live fitness zone with personal trainers offering fitness advice.

In addition, there will be a relaxing de-stress zone with free mini treatments, a ‘First Dance’ zone, a ‘Groom’ zone providing a mobile fun casino to entertain those who may like a ‘flutter’ and joining the exhibition for the first time, the ‘Hair’ zone will be provided by Flaunt, a new salon based at Bournemouth and Poole College’s Lansdowne campus to show couples some of their fabulous wedding day hair styles. Couples will also be invited to relax in the Champagne and Pimms Bar which is a brand new feature for 2012.

Steve Piper, Head of Venues for BH Live, the leisure and cultural trust which manages the BIC said; “Whether you have just got engaged and starting to think about your big day, or are looking for some special finishing touches, the wide range of high quality exhibitors at the BIC wedding show will have something to inspire and delight as couples prepare and plan for their big day.”

The show commences on Friday 3rd February 2012 from 5pm to 8pm with the ‘Wedding Personality of the Year’ Competition and continues into the weekend with daily fashion shows on Saturday 4th February 2012 from 10am to 5pm and Sunday 5th February from 10am to 4pm.  Admission will be £6.00 per adult.
