Romance lives at the Pavilion with Autumn Wedding Fayre

There’s an extra touch of romance at the Pavilion, with the return of the popular Autumn Wedding Fayre on 15 and 16 September  - bringing together all the ideas that make weddings go with a swing and freeing up brides, grooms and their families to enjoy the romance of the perfect day.

The popular show has everything under one roof to help plan the ‘wedding from heaven’, with more than 70 exhibitors.  Plus there are free daily fashion shows to provide inspiration for the latest in fashions for the brides and grooms, whether the taste is for the feminine and lacy or classic minimalist in traditional white or more daring colours such as rich bronzes, rubies and sumptuous fabrics for autumn and winter weddings.

And one lucky winner will also receive a magnum of champagne and a weekend away at the romantic Langtry Manor Hotel, the former home of King Edward VII and famed beauty Lillie Langtry, now refurbished to a luxury standard with award winning food and individually designed rooms, many of which have four poster beds and Jacuzzi baths.

The variety of exhibitors makes wedding planning easy – from wedding gowns, to vintage cars and entertainments and even cosmetic dentistry experts to ensure the smiles are extra dazzling for the big event.   Plus there are exhibitors whose services will ensure a truly memorable wedding including saxophonists, Highland pipers, balloon modelling as well as jewellery and decorative accessories.

The Autumn Wedding Fayre is on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th September in the Pavilion Ballroom and Lucullus room. Daily admission prices are £3 per adult, and accompanying senior citizens and children 16 and under free.   The show is open 10-5pm on Saturday and 11am to 4pm on Sunday.  Fashion shows take place at 11am, 1pm and 3pm on Saturday and 12.30pm and 2.30pm on Sunday.
