Once we have established your requirements, we can set up a direct link with our booking site, for your delegates to book on line themselves
We can also prepare a booking form that can be added to your website for delegates to down load and forward to us accordingly
Information and leaflets on local amenities are available for your registration packs
Access to our photo library, which you can use on your programmes etc
We can also be available during your actual event with a tourist stand publishing leisure in Bournemouth and dealing with any accommodation enquiries
We have a good working relationship with the hotels
Regular updates can be given in how the rooms are selling
We can increase / decrease accommodation allocation where necessary
