The Bournemouth International Centre has a WiFi network with coverage throughout the entire building.
As part of a three-year contract, leading Scotland based internet service provider Internet for Business Limited (IFB) has designed and manages the business class WiFi Internet connectivity throughout the entire BIC.
Clive Tyers, head of conferences, exhibitions and events at the BIC, said, "We have been experiencing increased demand for this service throughout the venue and we are delighted to be able to now offer this service to all of our organisers and visitors to the Centre. Working with IFB who have extensive experience at other UK convention centres, we made sure that the WiFi network would be readily available to clients who may wish to pre-book the connectivity in our meeting rooms, and to patrons who wish to log-on while calling in for a snack in our coffee shop."
Graham Gordon, IFB's operations director, said, "We are extremely pleased that we were chosen to design and manage the BIC's WiFi connection and delighted to be working with the team at the BIC.
