BH Live is pleased to announce that the Bournemouth International Centre and Bournemouth Pavilion, following an assessment by the Institute of Hospitality, have exceeded in their Hospitality Assured accreditation for 2012 and are continuing to provide customers with an excellent conference, entertainment and catering experience!
The accreditation scheme assesses nine areas of the venues business and this year, they achieved 73.1% in their assessment, increasing on last year and clearly demonstrating the benefits of improvements made over the past twelve months to enhance the customer experience.
Steve Piper, Head of Venues for BH Live explains how taking part in the accreditation benefits customers; “We participate in this national scheme as part of our continuous improvement programme to enhance our customers experience whether they are attending a conference, exhibition, cultural event, private dinner or enjoying an evening of entertainment.”
