Catering and Hospitality
Red Eventful Cuisine (part of Convex Leisure Ltd) provides catering services for the BIC and Pavilion and can provide everything from welcome drinks and canapés up to a fully themed dinner dance or banquet style meal.
There is a multitude of bars and reception areas throughout the BIC and Pavilion, which provide a full range of alcoholic and soft drinks, teas and coffees and hot and cold snacks.
These are generally open for public events but can also be booked for corporate and social events, exhibitions and conferences.
