Ideal Home Exhibition Touches Down in Bournemouth
Bournemouth will be all action from Thursday 28th until Sunday 31st August as the popular Ideal Home Exhibition lands at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC), on the same weekend as the new Bournemouth Airshow. This year’s event will provide even more inspiring ideas for the home and garden and an action packed programme of displays, demonstrations, workshops and entertainment for young and old.
Exhibitors from across the UK are lined up to bring the usual high standard of new and original home ideas and inspiration. A wide selection of household appliances, indoor and outdoor furniture, furnishings, hand crafted gifts and jewellery will be on show. The displays also include landscaping and home improvement contractors as well as energy saving experts.
John Bowle, director of Premier Exhibitions, the show’s organiser says, “We are looking forward to a busy and exciting event as this year the air show is taking place between the piers over the same four days. It means there’s going to be lots going on in and around the town, so for both locals and tourists it’s the perfect opportunity for a family day out with plenty to do either before and after a visit to one of Bournemouth’s best loved shows.”
The exhibition is open daily in the Purbeck and Tregonwell Halls at the BIC from 10am – 5pm. Admission charges are £4.00 for Adults, £2.00 for OAP’s and accompanied children 14 and under are free of charge.
