Brand New Brochure for BICB
Bournemouth International Conference Bureau (BICB) has launched a new brochure that’s ideal for event organisers who need a fast hit of information. The handy Conference, Meetings and Services Directory complements the BICB’s recently updated website and contains a wealth of information on the area’s venues and support services.
The brochure provides a guide to Bournemouth’s conference venues, with full contact information. An easy to follow table gives facts and figures on capacity, size of venue and wi-fi facility as well as additional information on room and car parking availability, while full colour photos give a real feel for the ambiance of each venue. Full details for Bournemouth International Centre, one of the UK’s premier conference, exhibition and entertainment venues, are included as well as a number of more unusual venues including the beautiful Compton Acres, and the unique Rubyz cabaret restaurant.
A brief guide to BICB services is featured to explain the one-stop service available. Karina Gregory, BICB manager, comments, “Bournemouth has plenty to offer with facilities for both large and smaller events and we provide a free service to help make any event a success. We have 64 member venues within the BICB including hotels, accommodation providers and support services and as one single point of contact we can provide event organisers with a hassle-free service that cuts through the information overload.”
A guide to recommended accommodation is also included and gives approximate prices, brief description, contact details and facilities information for local hotels. Support services including coach and taxi companies, caterers and photographers can also be found, together with a map showing all venues listed in the brochure and local landmarks.
