Customers enjoying high standards at Bournemouth’s Stokewood Leisure Centre
Customers who participate in physical activity at the Stokewood Leisure Centre, are getting a better leisure experience according to a recent assessment by Quest, the UK Quality Scheme for Sport and Leisure.
Centre employees were particularly praised for their friendliness, helpfulness, high standard of customer service and Centre cleanliness. The assessor also commented that according to a recent mystery shopper, the Stokewood Leisure Centre achieved ‘the best visit ever’!
John Davies, Centre Manager at the Stokewood Leisure Centre said, “We put our customer experience at the forefront of everything we do and are thrilled this has been recognised.”
