If you have specific access requirements, please speak to a member of our team or your event organiser. 

Wheelchairs

Our venue accommodates wheelchairs in specific accessible and safe areas. If you are coming to a show, check when you book to find out how best to reach the area where the event is taking place. If you are coming to a conference or exhibition, you should ask the event organiser what has been arranged for wheelchair users. Our venue staff will also be there to help when you arrive.

Doors

Many doors are held open by magnets, so that people can move freely between the venue’s spaces. 

If the fire alarm is activated, doors will be automatically released and closed. When the alarm is de-activated, doors may be re-opened.

Hearing assistance

A Sennheiser Infrared Amplification System operates throughout the main halls and adjacent spaces, with the exception of the Purbeck Hall, to provide interference-free, audio assistance.

Receivers and headsets are available from the security office next to the Bourne Lounge at the top of the escalator. . 

Guide dogs and assistance dogs

You may bring your dog into any areas of the venue, provided they are kept on a lead and under control at all times. Just ask one of our team if your dog needs water.
