Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers/Theatre Tolens

Gift Vouchers for any value can be purchased  from the Ticket Office or by telephone. They can be paid for by cash, cheque or card, and may be used to purchase tickets for all shows at the BIC & Pavilion Theatre.

When purchasing Gift Vouchers by telephone they will be posted to you within seven days by Recorded Delivery at a cost of £2.50 and will need to be signed for on delivery. They will be in a presentation wallet and a copy of our current events guide will be included. We are not currently able to post your voucher direct to the recipient, we can only post to the cardholder.

You can purchase Gift Vouchers by calling the Ticket office on 0844 576 3000 or by visiting the BIC or Pavilion Ticket Office in person.

Gift Vouchers  can be redeemed in person at the BIC or Pavilion Ticket Office. They cannot be used for telephone or internet bookings. Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date.
