Our phone lines are open from 9.00am to 8.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9.00am to 5.30pm on Sundays, if there is an evening event on Sundays the phones lines are open until 8.30pm.
When new events go on sale we do experience heavy demand on our phone lines, during this time you may find it more convenient to call back later in the day.
Our telephone system does advise you of your position as you progress through the queue.
