At the BIC/Pavilion we understand the specific needs of Group Organisers and
do everything we can to assist, making the process as stress free as possible.
We offer a dedicated group sales line with a friendly, personal service to make your bookings as easy as possible.
You can make a provisional booking without any commitment to purchasing the tickets. It is advisable to over-estimate your numbers, any unwanted seats can be released but it can be difficult to add seats to your reservation at a later date, especially for a popular show.
A mutually agreed payment date is set, by which time we ask that you confirm your final numbers and make payment. Any tickets not required are then released. We usually ask for payment 6 - 8 weeks prior to performance date.
You will be sent a letter of confirmation and a plan of the auditorium marked to show your seats, together with free promotional material if required.
When it comes to paying for your tickets there are various options available to you. We try to help you avoid paying any additional fees and the best way to do this is to send a cheque. Should you prefer to pay by card, as a further incentive to group bookers, group sales do not charge the booking fee for debit card transactions.
