How to Order Tickets
Tickets are available on-line, by phone, over the counter from the BIC and Pavilion Ticket Offices or via post.
- To buy on-line click the button on the event details page.
- To buy on the phone call the Ticket Office on 0844 576 3000 between 9.00am and 8.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9.00am and 5.30pm (8.30pm if there is a show) on Sundays. Click here for call costs.
- To buy over the counter visit the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) Ticket Office between 11.30am – 3pm Monday to Sunday. (NB – closed all day Sunday if there is no show that day). The BIC will open earlier on days when major events go on sale and on show nights. Please check the website for individual events.
- You can also purchase tickets at the Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre Ticket Office between 10.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Sunday. (NB – closed all day Sunday if there is no show that day). On show nights the Pavilion Ticket Office is open until 30 minutes after the performance starts. Please check the website for individual events.
Tickets for all our venues can be purchased at both Ticket Offices, but please note tickets for external venues may only be available at the BIC.
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards. We do not accept American Express, cheques or postal orders.
