Terms & Conditions of VIP Membership

  • The members’ phone line will be subject to a queuing system. Calls from a landline will cost no more than 5p/min; calls from mobiles usually cost more.

  • We cannot give you priority notice of events going on sale in many cases.

  • The ‘best’ tickets will be the most popular tickets available to general sale. They will be available for a period of time and then released for general sale. For most shows these tickets will be available for 3 days in which time they will need to be paid for. For a select few shows tickets may only be available until midday on the day the tickets go on sale.

  • Tickets and offers are subject to availability. Offers and discounts do not apply to tickets and at businesses before the membership commences.

  • Our events may have their own VIP pass in operation; you will not be entitled to the benefits for these.

  • There is a service charge for most tickets purchased on the Bournemouth Ticketline, internet and credit card purchases. To avoid paying a service charge on BIC/Pavilion shows, you can purchase your tickets at the BIC/Pavilion Ticketing Offices and pay by cash or debit card. Most external events will have a service charge.

  • The BIC cloakroom will be free to VIP members and one guest only. Your VIP membership must be produced, subject to availability.

  • Discounts for tickets are available for the member and one other person, unless stated otherwise. Other discounts we offer may only be for the member.

  • Discounts and offers are at the discretion of the management, and can be withdrawn at any time. Discounts and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

  • Details of other businesses involved will be available at www.bic.co.uk or can be posted on request.

  • Backstage tours are subject to availability. Each member is welcome to attend one tour of the BIC back stage and one tour of the Pavilion back stage. Tours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • The BIC /Pavilion reserves the right to alter or cancel any such events at its discretion and without prior notice. However, if an event is cancelled all attempts will be made to inform the member of that cancellation.

  • Club membership cards and associated details are not transferable and can only be used by the named cardholder(s) to book tickets or receive other discounts on the scheme.

  • Ticket discounts cannot be claimed when booking tickets via other ticket agencies.

  • Members’ names and contact details will be stored on a database so that we can send you information and offers relating to the BIC /Pavilion. We shall store and process your personal data in accordance with any applicable Data Protection legislation.

  • The BIC and Pavilion reserves the right to reject an application for VIP membership or to terminate a VIP member’s membership at any time due to reason of misconduct or unacceptable behaviour by a VIP member while on our premises. In the event that a VIP member’s membership is terminated in these conditions, no refund will be given to that member for the cost of the membership for any remaining period of the membership.

  • The membership benefits are available for the 12 months of the membership. Your membership card will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 28 days for card processing.

  • The BIC/Pavilion can in no way be held responsible for any disputes which may arise between any VIP member and any of our scheme local businesses. Any company involved in the membership scheme reserves the right to refuse admittance or service to any customer as per operating policies.

  • Bookings/reservations for the other businesses in the scheme must be made direct. you will need to produce your valid VIP membership card to receive any of these benefits.
