The Pavilion Theatre has a Proscenium Stage in flat, Mahogany Hardwood, with full Safety Curtain. Stage access is by scenery lift, with max loading of 1.5 tonne - MUST be operated by Pavilion Technical Staff.

Stage depth (from rear of curtain)=12.33m, plus apron and orchestra pit.
There are 17 dressing rooms, including wardrobe facility .
Load -in, rigging and power requirements MUST be co-ordinated with the Technical Co-ordinator (01202 451891), or Stage Manager (01202 451899).
LIGHTS - The Theatre is equipped with a mix of Fresnels, Zoom Profiles, Par Cans, Floods, Follow Spots, Dimmers and Spot Bars.

The Pavilion Ballroom is situated to the rear of the theatre and is part of this Grade 2 listed complex. It offers a maple hardwood sprung dance floor with fully carpeted outer surround, offering the ideal location for Gala Banquets, Dinner Dances and Light entertainment performances.
SOUND - House sound is by Soundcraft Spirit Folio 12/4/2 mixer with CD and Mini Disk Player in a portable rack. Berhinger Room Eq's and Yamaha Amplifiers feed Bose Speakers at either side of the Stage. Mackie delay speakers surround the rear of the ballroom, designed for the spoken word and suitable for presentations. Live Bands and Loud Music would require a seperate sound system.
LIGHTS - The Ballroom's house lighting is by chandeliers, each of 3 circuits - white, yellow and red - with partial dimmer control. A small rig of stage lighting is suspended over the main dancefloor controlled by a Pulsar Mini Piece connected to Pulsar Dimmers via DMX signal.
STAGE - A Concert Platform Stage - 11.26m Wide by 5m Deep by 3m High; the stage is 22" high off the ground. There is a portable, wooden block apron; plus additional Steeldeck stage units available. There is no provision for rigging.
General guidance - The Pavilion Ballroom is equipped with a Sennheiser Infra-red amplification system for the hearing impaired. The Pavilion's in-house Technical and Stage teams will be pleased to advise on all final arrangements.
