Meeting spaces are a vital component of any major event and our venues give you plenty of choice

Make our space your own Private and open plan areas can be arranged just the way you want – as theatres, banqueting spaces, classrooms, boardrooms, press and organiser offices, with access to dedicated catering and bar services.

With everything branded, booked out, signposted and arranged ready for a brilliant few days at conference. You can run fringe meetings, small exhibitions and workshops, alongside your conference or exhibition, and still find plenty of room for a drinks reception and fabulous gala dinner.

If all you need is a convenient place to hold an emergency meeting or get together for regular project reviews, we’ve got everything you need – from informal lounges to exclusive boardroom suites.

The same technical and operations crews who build, manage and operate large events will work with you to shape a bespoke environment to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Our teams are experts in event planning and design, coordination, operations, security, staffing and hospitality. You’ll have your own event co-ordinator to manage your project and make sure everything goes to plan – with your own hospitality expert to make the annual gala dinner more special than you could have imagined.

We also have a full production crew working on site to help with the build. Plus our own retail cafés and bars throughout the venues
